Keanu Reeves Showed up as Tumbleweed in the New Sponge Bob Movie

The first trailer for The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run was released on Thursday. It features Keanu Reeves as a tumbleweed.

Keanu Reeves is following the SpongeBob tradition of actors who inexplicably show up in live-action. For example, David Hasselhoff appeared out of nowhere at the end of the original SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. We assume that Keanu’s role will be something similar.
