A music tycoon L.A. Reid, who is a CEO/chairman of Sony Music and the co-founder and one of the chairmen of Hitco Entertainment, decided to sell his lucrative mansion in L.A. According to some sources, the price tag for this luxurious mansion is $22.9 million.

A music mogul, who is famous for his record producing, veteran executive, and one of the judges at “X factor”, who had an influence of creating some of the most popular stars of our time like Kanye West, Mariah Carey, Usher, and Justin Bieber, bought this residence about three years ago for under $18 million.

This mansion was completed back in 2015 on just an acre near the prestigious street in the mountains just under the Stone Canyon Reservoir. This is a very lucrative mansion that has a couple of jet-black driveway gates and a towering row of ficus. According to some sources, Reid decided to improve this mansion in several ways.

He turned it into a comfortable house, family-oriented, and of course, even more luxurious than it was before. The whole residence measures more than 11,200 square feet. It has seven bathrooms, three half bathrooms, and seven bedrooms.

It is made of white, polished stone floors that are placed all along the main hall. Just when you are entering the front door, there are two living rooms that are separated by a double-sided fireplace. Furthermore, there is a floor-to-ceiling shelf in an office-library. Also, there is a wet bar where you can have a glass of your favorite drink. On the other hand, there is a spacious media lounge that has a somewhat over-the-top Hollywood movie feeling to it.

There are five family and guest bedrooms with an addition to the master suite. All of them are located upstairs. On the lower level, there are two rooms that are meant for domestic staff. Also, you can find a home office, a fitness room, and a recording studio.

When it comes to other luxuries, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, an elevator, and a subterranean garage that can fit up to four cars. Also, you are going to witness an elevated spa that is positioned to take the advantages of the nighttime view. Plus, you can see a semi-circular swimming pool over a shallow. In addition, there is a thickly wooded ravine that is falling below the house.

Because of his recent changes when it comes to his occupation, L.A. Reid is also in a mood to change some of the properties in his ownership. Earlier this year, he decided to sell another one of his properties. He sold a 3.25-acre property on NY’s Long Island. This property had a tennis court and a swimming pool.

At first, this mansion was on the market for a couple of years and the original price tag was $19 million. However, Reid settled for roughly $10 million. Also, he once owned a 5,000 square feet property and earned $9.43 from it. He sold some more properties in the past, and he got a healthy profit from it.
