Jennifer Lopez received an annual Spotlight award for her performance in movie “Hustlers“. Palm Springs International Film Festival announced in November that the 50-year-old actress would get this significant accolade for her character, an exotic dancer Ramona.
Famous J. Lo shared on Instagram pictures from the last night ceremony in Palm Springs. “Thank you to the @psfilmfest for the Spotlight Award! Tonight was a magical evening with team Hustlers. The actress and singer was wearing a stunning long flower print dress on the red carpet accompanied by flower-shaped earrings and soft pink clutch bag and heels.
“Jennifer Lopez is a star in every sense of the word, and you will experience this in her latest film Hustlers. Starting with her show-stopping entrance, Jennifer brings to life the character of Ramona, an exotic dancer, who leads a group of dancer friends to steal money from their clients,” PSIFF chairman Harold Matzner said in a press statement back in November.
He added: “For this full-force yet grounded performance, deserving of awards consideration, we are thrilled to present Jennifer Lopez with this year’s Spotlight Award.”

J. Lo shared a story in which she is posing with her fiancé Alex Rodriguez and actor Jamie Foxx, who is also honored with the Spotlight Award movie “Just Mercy”.

The winners of this prestigious accolade were also Quentin Tarantino, who was awarded Director of the Year Award for “Once Upon a Time In Hollywood,” and Adam Driver received the Desert Palm Achievement Award. Charlize Theron is honored with the International Star Award – Actress for “Bombshell.”
