He captioned the photo on Instagram with a quote from Hannibal Barca:” “We will find a way, or we will make one.” Diesel also took an opportunity to plug in Barca BC, an MMO game he is involved with.
Diesel usually doesn’t go into details about his training regimen, but this time he made an exception.
“I shock the muscle with two sets of power lifting and then go into higher-rep sets afterwards” Vin said. He added, “I work out less and enjoy it more these days. It’s a time in my week where I don’t have to juggle things. I can just exercise and be present.”
This year is proving to be one of the busiest he ever had. Fast & Furious 9 is in full production, with a release date set for May 2024. He is also appearing in fantasy thriller Bloodshot and is also involved with Avatar 2, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and xXx 4.
