Environmental activist 16-years-old Greta Thunberg is a traveler through time, some social network users are convinced.
Conspiracy theorists claim this after spotting a 120-year-old photograph with a girl very similar to young Greta Thunberg.

The black-and-white photo, taken in Canada around 1898, shows children extracting water from a well in the Yukon Territory and one of the girls, who stands in front, looks strangely similar to Greta.
After a photo, stored in the archives of the University of Washington, ended up on social media, individuals began to state that Greta had skipped more than a century and came to warn us about climate change.

“She is, in fact, a time traveler and comes to warn us about the future. That’s the only explanation”, reads one of the comments on Twitter.
Others described the similarity of the girl on the picture with the young activist as “frightening” and others as “unbelievable.”
Whatever is your impression, it is clearly an interesting coincidence, which is likely to reignite the controversy about Greta.
