The second meal in the day is nutritionally richer and more calculated. She says that for lunch she usually has a salad, or sandwich. The key thing is to be able to control and take care about the amount of food you consume during one meal. Also, she likes to drink a vegetable juice, and her favorites are beet or turmeric juice.

When it comes to dinner, Ratajkowski points out that she rarely makes dinner at home. Instead, she likes to go out with friends and have dinner at a restaurant. She prefers some lighter meals, like sushi, together with a glass of wine or cocktail. All in all, she describes her diet as a balanced one. So, if she wants to eat a muffin, she will.
